We Evolv3 is Dino Biordi's breathwork and coaching practice in Sydney. This page explains what personal information the website collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, what you're interested in and your message. The form is processed by Formspree, which emails it to Dino.
• Purchases. When you buy from us, payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We receive your name, email, shipping address and order details. We never see or store your card number.
• Website use. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited. These tools use cookies and collect information like your device, browser and approximate location. They don't tell us who you are.
• Newsletter. If you join the newsletter we receive your first name and email address. The list is managed in Mailchimp, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• The Breath Rebellion. Joining our WhatsApp group happens on WhatsApp. Your phone number and profile are visible to other members of the group, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, deliver your order, run sessions and events you book, and improve the website. We don't sell your information, and we only add you to a mailing list if you ask to join one.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site and process payments: Formspree, Mailchimp, Stripe, Google and our website host, Vercel. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send us a message and Dino will respond personally.
